It took some time, but I disassembled this abstract, cleaned it and remounted it on the original wood frame. But it needed something more. So I made a new exposed frame created from a piece of hand-hewn milled timber, salvaged from the Saint John River near the original location of Fort Nashwaak. The wood is old for sure and it could be from the fort. In that case the frame is over 500 years old and that makes this an interesting piece of art and artifact.
SHIPPED AT COST.
